I ship to most civilized countries worldwide, usually within 5 days after payment, using PostNL Priority Mail. This does not include tracking information. If
required, Registered Mail with tracking is possible at cost [Zone EUR 1/EUR2 EUR 11.95/13.95, rest of the world EUR 16.95].
After payment, you will always receive an estimate for the shipping date, and a confirmation on the shipping day itself. Typical transfer times are 3-5 work days for Europe and 5-10 work days outside Europe. This excludes possible delays at Customs outside the EU.
You may have to pay customs duty and tax if you live outside the European Union. Based on customer feedback from Australia, Canada and the United States, this rarely happens
in these countries.
All interfaces are tested extensively before shipping. They come with a two year warranty (under normal use and conditions).
If you don't want to do it yourself and you can't find someone qualified in your area, I can modify your scanner with a discriminator output. Upon appointment, you can send
your scanner to me, properly packed. I will make the modification and send your scanner back (Insured and Signed For), usually within 5 work days. This service is only available for inhabitants of
the European Union - no customs duties involved.
